Heat Interface Unit Service & Maintenance

All Evinox ModuSat heating systems are designed to provide many years of reliable, energy efficient service as an integral element of your heat network system. However, continuous operation of ModuSat heat interface units relies on regular service and maintenance to ensure optimum performance – of both the HIU’s and also the wider heat network.

Here’s just some of the features and benefits –

Plant Room – Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Our Planned Preventive Maintenance is a schedule of maintenance procedures aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failure of plant room equipment. The primary goal of our preventive maintenance is to avoid the failure of equipment before it occurs. This is designed to preserve and enhance equipment reliability by replacing worn components before they fail.

In addition, our engineers can record equipment deterioration, so they can schedule the replacement or repair of worn parts before they cause system failure.

For developments that feature our ModuSat® HIU remote communication system, we can also detect alarms and equipment failure in the central plant room using our digital service and maintenance system.

ModuSat® Heat Interface Unit Enhanced Warranty Cover

For Housing Developers, Landlords, Housing Associations and Heat Network Operators, the Enhanced Warranty provides additional piece of mind and enhanced service support for your Evinox ModuSat® Heat Interface Units (HIUs), above and beyond our standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Our Enhanced Warranty cover provides the following for each ModuSat® HIU, covering all critical components, including plate heat exchangers, PICV’s, pumps, heat meters and electronic control boards:
